Community financial wellness

The Root Issues

A uniquely complex challenge

Homelessness sits at the intersection of financial illiteracy, addiction, mental health, inflation, and a lack of resources.

Most often, poor money management causes expenses to accumulate into debt, which then affects the ability to rent or buy. As people reach this point, they become emotionally triggered in ways that ripple through the community. FLTA raises awareness of this dangerous cycle and provides the tools and strategies to rebuild, rely on, and thrive.

The Financial Zones

Guiding people from danger to thriving

Green Zone. Thrive

A position of stable income where a foundation can be built, held, and grown. Reaching it requires healthy financial options used consistently, a mindset built through education, example, and exposure. Our training is designed to guide people here.

Yellow Zone. Risky

Where most of society struggles, poor money management, rising inflation, living paycheck to paycheck. One missed payment or lost job risks everything. We reduce financial triggers and offer better employment strategies to keep people on track.

Red Zone. Danger

A dangerous, emotionally triggering position linked by countless studies to crime, fraud, divorce, and worse. Through financial life coaching and mentorship, we lead people back toward the yellow zone, and ultimately to green.
