The Pathway Program
In partnership with local foster-care agencies, FLTA delivers hands-on adulthood training, professionalism, financial literacy, job readiness, and emotional intelligence.
Upon completion, graduates are directly connected to employment through FLTA's network of partnering businesses. We're deeply committed to supporting foster youth, especially those aging out, who are at high risk of homelessness or incarceration. The Pathway Program is our proactive solution.
