Meet our team

We're working to change the dynamics of society within the next ten years, actively reducing incarceration and homelessness across California by addressing their root causes through business, financial, emotional, and employment training.

How It All Started

Clinton D. Drummer

Clinton has dedicated the last decade to empowering communities through financial literacy and business education. His passion was sparked by witnessing his father's struggle with financial stress, a struggle that ultimately contributed to his father's death.

Having started his first business while incarcerated, Clinton went on to found five successful companies. Through FLTA, he now provides the tools and resources needed to break cycles of financial instability in underserved communities, creating pathways to success and reducing the ripple effects of a lack of business and financial awareness.
